Yoga (Maryann Bracken)

Maryann's classes are structured for a gentle to moderate level, appropriate for both new and experienced students.   Movements and postures are modified for beginners and those with physical limitations, and with individual guidance for all students as they advance.   She will guide you in stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques and lead you into postures that will increase strength, energy and flexibility, reduce stress, focus your mind and enhance a sense of wellness.

Maryann has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and has been Kripalu certified since 1998.  With additional training in Iyengar, Viniyoga and Kundalini traditions and study with British Wheel of Yoga school teachers, she brings to her classes a variety of approaches and methods.
